I’m always surprised when I see people in the business of marketing. They always seem to be asking for business or need more business.
I hate to admit it, but they are also two different things. Getting someone’s business is simply asking for the opportunity to get a person to do business with you. You are not seeking business or offering a product for sale. You are simply stating a need or a desire. In essence, you are asking someone to do something that they would otherwise not do.
